California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss the potential TEAMs Rulemaking. The concept of the potential TEAMs Rulemaking is targeted, administrative modifications to enhance the clarity and enforceability of five regulations.
During the workshop, CARB staff will present the concepts and solicit feedback from stakeholders. The potential TEAMs Rulemaking consists of targeted, administrative modifications to the following regulations:
Airborne Toxic Control Measure to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products;
California Diesel Fuel Regulations;
California Reformulated Gasoline Regulations;
Regulation for Mobile Cargo Handling Equipment at Ports and Intermodal Railyards; and the
Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Regulation.
